Damn good on a bike, and a very unique individual. Looch is Golden.

That said, I'm going to use Looch to draw attention something I don't understand about racing. The clothes. What is it about racing that requires such radically different clothing? Maybe it's the psychological advantage afforded by a cordinated, synthetic outfit? Just thinkin' out loud.

Every team has a few small rules. We ask our riders to match their underwear with their saddles. It's a small detail, but it looks soo much better in photos. Looch with a proper tuck no hander.


Here's Looch again. Same bike, wearing a special racing outfit, en route to 2nd over-all in Dual Slalom at the last Fluid Ride race.
