Proof that
“taking the edge off” doesn’t always require substances measured
in ounces.
In the case of the BCX*, edge reduction is measured in inches. Or in this case,
1/4 of an inch.
The BCX’s seat stays include a removable titanium spring tube which enables
the rear axle up to 1/4" of vertical movement,
without compromising horizontal stiffness.
We’ve yet to see anything as simple, beautiful, lightweight, and so completely
impervious to mud and pressure washing.
The BCX elegantly ingrates this simple comfort enhancing device into a very
